SYNOPSIS OF ORDINANCE NO. 2015-1977 Take notice that on 11-23-15, the City Council of the City of Athens adopted an ordinance extending the existing franchise of Elder Ride, Inc. to use the streets of the city for the operations of said business (the business is engaged in transportation operations), as more specifically set forth in the existing franchise. The franchise was extended for an additional five (5) years. A copy of the full ordinance may be obtained from the office of the City Clerk during normal business hours.
