The bid term will be January 22, 2016 thru July 21, 2016. A Non-Collusion Affidavit is part of the bid requirements. Bid documents with specifications may be picked up from the County Purchasing Department, located at 201 S. Jones, Suite 250, Norman, Okla., between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. Bids will be received until 4:30 P.M., Friday, December 18, 2015 and will be opened 1:00 P.M., Monday, December 21, 2015, during the County Commissioners meeting held at 201 S.
