Bidders will be required to provide Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount if the bid is over $50,000.00 Material vendors are not required to submit a bid bond. 4. Bidders shall submit proposals on the Bid Form provided in Project Manual. 5. Bidders proposals will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. 6.
